6. Orders and Availability

Order acceptance occurs only when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. Product availability may vary, and Nuvolina SRL reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock issues or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded immediately.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Germany via courier services such as Sameday, DPD, and Cargus. Delivery costs, times, and conditions are described on the Shipping page.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Chemicals, pigments, or silicone that show signs of use cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Return instructions are provided on the website. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
