Shipping and Returns
Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered exclusively within Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, and Italy via Sameday / DPD / Cargus courier services. You can choose home delivery or collection points such as Easybox (Sameday), DPD Collect, and Cargus Ship & Go.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. In case of any further delays, you will be informed before order completion.
Local Pickup
Local pickup of orders from our office or other locations is not available.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and package weight and will be clearly displayed before completing the order. We offer free delivery for orders exceeding 50 RON.
Delivery Restrictions
Delivery to rural or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time or costs. This information will be communicated during the checkout process.
Order Tracking
After shipping the order, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Damaged Package
If the package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately to resolve the situation.
Undelivered Package
If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or absence of the recipient, the order will be returned. We will attempt re-shipment after confirming the correct details.
Environmental Responsibility
To reduce environmental impact, we use eco-friendly packaging.
Returns
The buyer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, with no signs of excessive use. Return costs will be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the product is defective or wrongly delivered. In certain situations, we may offer free returns at our discretion.
