Payment Methods
At SiShop, we want your shopping experience to be simple, safe, and transparent. You can choose from the following payment options when placing an order:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can pay for your order in cash directly to the courier at the moment of delivery.
- Available for deliveries within Romania (and where supported by our courier partners).
- No credit card or bank account is required.
- Please make sure you have the exact amount available when the courier arrives.
2. Credit or Debit Card (via Stripe)
You can securely pay online using your credit or debit card through our payment partner Stripe.
- We accept major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and any others supported by Stripe.
- Payments are processed instantly and securely.
- Your card details are entered directly in the Stripe secure form displayed during checkout.
Payment Security
Your security is very important to us. For this reason:
- Secure Connection (SSL): SiShop uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our server.
- No Card Data Stored: We do not store or process any credit card information on our servers. All card data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
- Stripe Protection: Stripe complies with the highest security standards, including PCI DSS.
VAT and Tax Information
NUVOLINA SRL, the operator of SiShop, is a Romanian micro-enterprise and is currently VAT-exempt under applicable Romanian tax regulations.
- All invoices issued for orders placed on SiShop.ro will show 0% VAT.
- The price shown on the website is the final total you pay.
- Invoices will include the note: “VAT not applicable – VAT exemption according to Romanian legislation”.
Invoicing and e-Factura
- The invoice for your order will be issued electronically and sent to you by email.
- A copy of your invoice will also be made available in your customer account on SiShop, where you can download it at any time.
- For orders delivered within Romania, we will also submit the e-Factura to the Romanian tax authorities (ANAF) in accordance with the current legislation.
Order Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is completed.
- Your order will be processed only after payment validation (except for COD orders, which are validated automatically).
Failed or Refused Payments
If your card payment is declined or if an error occurs:
- Check your card details and available balance;
- Try again or choose Cash on Delivery (where available);
- If the problem persists, contact your bank or reach out to us.
